Kyrra (10/22/2008)
eating yogurt kinda helps.. but actually inserting the yogurt.. plain yogurt works better.

If you want to try this, you can pick up syringes (like for oral use, usually, they have a big fat end hole) at the drugstore. If you're embarrassed to tell the pharmacist what it's for to help you find it, they should have them on the regular shelves.
Otherwise, a turkey baster would work, too, but might result in a lot of "waste".

Oh, and make sure you use PLAIN yogurt for this, because the sweeteners and fruit in other stuff can actually give the yeast more food.

Good luck!

Being Diabetic... i get these more than the average woman....

First... keep the area clean.  there is stuff you can buy at shoppers that help fix your vaginal ph levels. it is very gentle... kinda like a liquid soap. I use it and it is fantastic.... you find this stuff near the condoms etc.
Another thing that can really help is a natural oatmeal bath.  put the oatmeal bath stuff in a nice warm bath... sit back, relax and soak for awhile! Make sure to keep your legs open!
I would talk to a pharmacist or doctor to determin if insurting anything is safe... but there are many different creams that can be put on the outer labia that really help.
Keep eatin the yogert, it may be helping mroe than u think!
