Hi All...

Following on from the weightloss thread, there are LOADS of us trying to lose weight, get fit etc. So we thought about having a weekly weigh in thread...the support without the embarrassment of standing on scales infront of a room full of people. You can post your progress, your weight loss tips for healthy snacks, motivation etc. ASk for support when you are fallling off the wagon, or post your FANTASTIC weight loss for all to see. Every little helps.....even half a pound is great progress.

If you are working out dont be afraid of going up down up down as you lose wieght (fat) then tone up and build muscle....then lose...tone etc.

POST IT ALL HERE!!!

I'll go first....

MONDAY DECEMBER 1st 2008....61.2kg, 135lbs. Down 1kg (2.2lbs) from last week. METHOD, just working out and watching what i eat, I follow a weight watchers plan of 18 points a day.

GOAL 59kg, 130lbs

STARTING WEIGHT (aug 2008) 68kg 150lbs

Whta a great thread can I join in please I too go to WW and have my weigh in tomorrow, I'm expect AF so no weight loss I suspect, but here is my progess so far:

Start WW Oct 6/08 start weight 176

As of 11/30/08 168.2

Methods starting running / gym and kinda watching what I eat... its a battle none the less.

Goal 140 LBS 22 Points a day, but considering switching to Core. Though I think tomorrow night I think they will reveal a new progam

I'm in, though I have decided not to put pressure on myself this week, and am not weighing in. So my weigh in will be last week's info.

Goal: overall I hope to get to 200, but I'm doing it by 25 lbs each goal, so goal 1 is to get to 250

Start: almost 290

Current (as of last week): about 276

I had lost 15lbs when I first got my Wii Fit, but went up when I started treadmilling. Now I'm going down about a pound a week. Not too bad.

I am at 162. I need to get back into my routine.  I am getting a Wii fit for Christmas, so that should help.  I was going to the gym 3 days a week for a bit and I need to get back into that.

My goal is to be at 145 by the wedding (August). 

Can those of you that are successfully losing it go into more detail about what kind of eating plan you are on, etc?

I am so glad you started this. Tomorrow I am buying vegetables etc and a weight scale. I will write all my info tomorrow!

I weighed in at Weight Watchers on Monday - 203 pounds.

My goal is 165-170.

It's hard but I stick with it although the next few weeks will be extremely challenging. As long as I don't gain too much over the holidays I will be happy!

Great idea!

December 6th will be exactly 6 months to my wedding. So I've got my Wii fit and gym membership and I'm getting into a routine! I also want to get down to baby making weight ;0) LOL I'd rather loose 40lbs now then 80lbs after a baby

I'll weigh myself tomorrow moring and post then!
