Nope, not dumb at all, I did the same except I used plastic popcorn containers for the vases and it got the stupid things out of the way for when we went to eat and provided decoration without me having to make anything more.

| They have lights available that are battery opereated that submerge. Thay also come in different colors. They are tea lights taht last about 6-8 hours. Make sure to check with your reception venue about candle requirements.. Some places have restrictions about candles. I'm sure your table with look lovely.

| I did this also! It looks pretty, and much nicer than having the bouquets laying on the table. Also, check with your florist to see if vases are included when they deliver your flowers...sometimes all the bouquets are delivered with vases and you can save yourself some money and use them.
