I've had great service from Charm Diamond Center where I live. My engagement ring was purchased there and so will my matching wedding band. I've already gone to get my ring cleaned and the service was incredible. I even got them to remove a couple links from a new watch I received for Christmas.

I'm sorry to hear that some people have had problems with them, but things like that could happen at any store.

Yeah thats true! We bought my e-ring in another province and the salespeople were so wonderful. Even the people at the charm I am dealing with right now are trying really hard to make it better. I just don't want to deal with them because they did really upset me.
