My wedding is on a Friday the 13th, and i LOVE the Friday the 13th movies (one of them was the first movie me and FH ever watched together).  I kind of wanted to incorporate it into the wedding a bit, but obviously without it being ridiculous, as those movies and wedding probably don't mix much! haha, so I was thinking maybe doing a program that is Friday the 13th themed a bit, but have no clue where to start, any ideas?

I don't know the movie very well, but does it have a signature font you could possibly find online to do the titles in? It would be pretty subtle, and would still be a nod to the movie.

Maybe you could put some trivia on a back page about the movie, and why it's special to you.

LOL how about using the music for your grand entrances (wedding party and you two) for your reception?

You could use trivia from the movie to win kisses (kissing game) - not ALL F13th trivia but a few thrown in there.

You could have a custom cake topper with Jason chasing a bride?

Wedding is no longer any of our 3 2008 dates. It will be 2010 - probably spring. Will decide on a date later. Perhaps I will be a "marchbride" again? Hey. At least I have a solid year now!!!

I've can think of 2 different weddings that I know of that used movie themes.

At one, they made their program look like the Love Actually movie poster.

And at the other, for their invites they photoshopped the bride & groom and wp faces onto a Lord of the Rings poster.

With a good graphic designer, you could do something like this.
