We have lived together for the last five, and have even owned two houses together. So, i can't say that i am treated more grown up... but there is a difference to it. I feel like people see us more like a family perhaps.... i can't really put my finger on it.

RE: All grown up

I'm not married yet, but I just had a shower. My mother's friend gave me these beautiful (expensive) candlesticks. I remember thinking, wow, that's a grown up gift.. I'm going to be able to have nice stuff in my home. Quite the opposite of the university lifestyle I got used to living.. lol

All grown up

Do you feel that people treat you differently now that your married?
