Liz, does your gyme have tvs on the ellipitcals? that really helped me when I was going...I'd just make sure to pick something interesting (heh - usually I'd end up on the Food Network) and time would fly!

Are you trying to grow yours, Jules? You could ask for a microtrim - where they only take off 1/4 of an inch just to tidy up the layers. Normally that's what I get done in between good cuts - layers cleaned up and no more than 1/2 an inch off the length.
