there's a few women on here that have had breast reduction surgery - i must say i've always thought about it! i'm going to ask my doc about it at my physical because apparently in ontario you can get it covered by ohip if you're having back issues :)

I know that in BC you can get a reduction cover under MSP if it's recommaned by your dr to help with back pain that can be caused by large breasts - I've had two friends get this done.

Any idea how much breast augmentation costs, here in Ontario???

I have heard anywhere from $4-$6 thou... is that still right???

My mom had breast augmentation done when I was 4 b/c she barely filled a AA cup. Nothing crazy, she just went to a C cup. She since had to have them redone b/c she had silicone ones, now they are saline...she had them redone when i was 12 or 13...so 10-11 years ago...and I kid you not, when she tried on her dress for my wedding, sans bra, I even commented "damnit why did you get small boobs and I got the massive ones, at least yours were fixable and you're still perky!!!"[/quote]

I meant with naturally large breasts but there's always the reduction option.

I can relate to this, but I just don't think I could ever do it, they look great, but you can usually tell the fake ones. Although, maybe those are only the ones that are made alot bigger. Do they feel the same? Alex Loves mine right now lol he uses them as pillows lol![/quote]

It doesn't matter if they look fake...heck if they'll sit up who cares...

We all know Pamela Anderson has fake boobs and she doesn't look bad at all.....I think they look great! :P

I agree although I'm pretty big to begin with after kids my boobs will probably be a mess so I'm going to wait until I'm done having kids before I do anything.

I told my DH, when we have our last one that's it I don't want anything but surgery and I will be happy....LOL

He thinks I'm nuts...LOL

I'm not afraid of going under the knife as long as I'm dealing with a good Doctor...

I am 36 DD and I am not a fan of my chest. My girls get in the way of exercising and everything! I am barely five feet with big boobs....finding clothes that fit me is a chore!

I'm the same size. It wasn't a problem in New Zealand, but I almost cried the first time I tried to buy a bra in Canada and the saleswoman said "Oh, you'll have to go to a specialty store with those". Way to make me feel like a freak!!!!

I have always felt my breasts are in the way (I never go jogging, because it would hurt and look ridiculous!), but that isn't enough to make me consider surgery. I dislike the idea of putting my life at (slim) risk of death!

That's what I did...I was a DDD. I had a breast reduction and am now a D. I am 17.5 weeks pregnant and though they have gotten fuller, i still seem to be in the same bra size.

Big "real" boobs do suck....

Trying to find nice bras are is so difficult etc.

I rather be smaller!

If they were fake on the other hand I wouldn't care...they would sit up no matter what...LOL.....and I must admit they look amazing in a bathing suit.

I am presently an E cup and I am sad:( uncomfortable can't wait til breastfeeding is done with so they can go back to a comfortable range...before 1rst son a large b-small c cup...after large C 2nd pregnancy went up to a small DD then after birth of 2nd son and BFing they ballooned...

back hurts...cannot sleep on stomuch its like sleeping on an incline!

I'm a 32 DD and they aren't bothering me yet. Although I don't tend to buy DD cups, I buy 34 D's instead, since it's hard finding 32 DD's...

My mother was an E and after she had me and my brother she got a breast reduction down to a B... she's had babies since then, so I don't know what would happen there.... lol, plus she's due in September..

you would be surprised, i work in a plus size clothing store, and there are alot of women that have small breasts, we carry "b" cups in our store and i think they sell out the quickest.[/quote]

I'm part or this group with a 34F. I can't wait til I'm done having kids so I can have a reduction. FH has already been notified and is cool with it, they are just to big. I've had a consultation and the only problem is OHIP will only pay for a 2 size reduction and I want to go to a C.

When I went for my wedding dress my mom didn't want me to have a corset back dress but it was cheaper than the alterations to make a dress fit both my chest and my waist because if one fit the other didn't.:rolleyes:

Hmm....so pregnancy = bigger boobs, but has side effects that include bigger tummy, stretch marks, soreness, hormone insanity, and the baby.

Will continue dealing with tiny titties until Drs invent revolutionary surgery to take fat from stomach and pump it into boobs.
