I used black, white and silver as my colours. I'm so happy with the colours I chose. I feel like when I look back, I won't have to ask myself "what was I thinking?!" as I feel these colours are classic and timeless.

Well I have finally settled on red, black and creams. Bought my red dress, but don't love it. So I am going to wear an ivory dress with cream and ivory and red flowers, the girls are going black with red roses. Men are wearing black suits with red roses.

Have changed my mind so many times on the dress, getting too close to change it again.

Ya I agree with this too now that I think about it, if I were to do a vow renewal or something like that it might be nice to use different colours ... not sure it's hard to say!

yes and no. I love my colours for sure and I wouldn't change them. but if i were to have another wedding, vow renewal etc after this i would do it different. there are just so many colour combinations that I love and would love to use. really like pinks oranges peaches type thing, like ebony and ivory, champaign and purple, etc etc etc.

but by no means would i change my wedding colours because i love them. off whites, including ivory, creams etc, gold, chartreuse green and small hints of brown.

So use your vases with white flowers with silver accents in them and perhaps a black feather or twig.

What colour of flowers are you carrying and how many are in your wedding party etc? How many guests are you inviting, are you wearing a veil, a tiara or both etc.

my colours were red, silver and white-Fire and Ice as it was a winter wedding. my girls wpre red(maid of honor wore black)the grooms men had black tuxes with red ties and DH had a black tux with a sliver tie. my gown was white with silver beading.

Oh ok, I gotcha! My colours were blue and it is my favourite colour so I would definately use them again. Plus it isn't a girly colour like pink, which is nice and all, but hey it's about the groom too!

Our colours were sage green and silver and I loved it. I wouldn't have done anything differently.

Would I choose the same colours again.. darn right! I love love purple.. and love my purple wedding dress.. our colours were purple, black and silver..

would I get married again... twice was enough

I just asked FH that yesturday! Of course he's a guy and didn't really care about the colours, only that the guys didn't have to wear pink.

My colours are pink, silver, black and white. I would have replaced the black and white with apple green if I could do it all over again. But only 4 days left, no backing out! And I do love my colour combo!

I only got married a few weeks ago, but I would definatley go with the same colors again!! We absolutely loved how everything turned out. It was so vibrant and fun and we got soooooo many compliments on it!! I posted pictures in the newlywed section, but will post a few here as well.

This is why I like black and red. I think they're timeless.

I'm also trying to pick something classic for my dress, even though I know it will always be somewhat dated.

We're using white, black and silver. The only odd touch of colour will be a very vibrant metallic blue in the form of our car. I like it since to me they're pretty timeless. Nothing like a power blue/grey suit on the boys to tell what year you were married in.

It just my opinion though.

Lots of colours would look good with silver: red, blue, any pale colour, black, SILVER!! Oh, the possibilities are endless!! :D

I'm not married yet, so I can't say if I would still use the same colours. But I am pretty sure about them, so I don't see that changing :)

My colours are chocolate and aqua, and I would use them again. I like the combo. I may get some home decor in those colours. It's a combo I'm seeing a lot more of. I've seen some pretty cool and funky comforter sets in brown/blue.

I chose those colours because I love the contrast. It stands out, but it's not hard to look at. In fact, chocolate brown and any pastel colour looks good.

Sounds fairly similar to ours- but we are doing black and white tuxes- using a pale minty/apple green and purple flowers.

Would you use the same colours that you used for your wedding again? Why did you choose those colours? I was thinking of having a coloured dress, good or bad idea? Fiancee is wearing a black tux with silver vest, what colour would look good with that. The girls are wearing black dresses.
