It's an idea to keep it close to you:)

RE: Boohoo

I've been without my e-ring for a couple of weeks now too. It's too big and I have to get it sized but my jeweler is an hour and a half away and I haven't had the time to go see him yet (Why so far? Another jeweller screwed it up the first time so I don't trust anyone else) and I'm going nuts without it! Congrats on the baby and best wishes for a safe and quick delivery! Do let us know how everything goes...and pics! (not of the delivery) :D

RE: Boohoo

Maybe you can wear your ring on a necklace until it fits on your hand again? Good luck with the baby!

RE: Boohoo

I feel your pain! Your ring pain, not any pregnancy pain! He he. I have been without my e-ring since Feb. 28, as the jeweler needs it to make my wedding band. It won't be long until you can wear it again! Hang in there! :)

RE: Boohoo

I would do that, but really it's only a week at most until the little guy makes his appearance. At the rate I'm going it'll probably be in the next couple days anyway.

I'm not a jewelry person, so I was really just shocked that I'm taking it this hard. :hehe:

thanks for the suggestion though. Maybe I should wear fh's wedding band LOL.

Ash

RE: Boohoo

I know how you feel. My promise ring no longer fits my right hand and I still find myself feeling for it with my thumb at times. LOL... it's like a ghost ring... I can feel it - but it's not there.

My dad bought my mom a bigger band to wear when she was pregnant... maybe that's a solution? ;)

Boohoo

Well, I'm in the last week of my pregnancy and with the heat and the sudden increase in my blood pressure I've swollen up in my hands. My e-ring no longer fits.

I'm so sad without it! Fh won't let me wear it at all because it doesn't want me to have to get it cut off.

I guess I never realized just HOW attached to it I was!

Ash
