No! I know, I know...financially it wasn't a big loss but the idea of us not having the rings we were married with is the disappointing part. For our anniversary though our minister is going to "recall our promises" with our new rings and hopefully that'll give us a little sentimental value to them. :)

Our "photographer" didn't take one :crying:

She missed a ton of things actually....... among them:
I only have one picture of my sister/MOH and I... she was fixing my bra strap before the cermony. Also, there are no pictures of DH and his brothers (BM/GM) alone. I guess thats what I get for getting a friend who takes great portraits but who has never shot a wedding before mine to shoot the wedding :crazy:

we didn't get the traditional ring shots at the wedding...I wish we had, but I didn't even think about it!! Here is a shot that they a friend took a couple months after the wedding.

I've thought about getting mine soldered together, but the stone stands up on my e-ring quite high and it gets caught on fabric, etc., so I usually take it off at night. If they were soldered together, I'd have to take them both off! :angry:[/quote]

i look at it as I only have to take one ring off.. not 3...

Aww, thanks Melissa! I had 2 dozen orange roses and 9 orange callas, with some hypericum berries sprinkled here and there. Orange is my favourite colour :)
