The important thing is that you don't guilt yourself into eating unhealthy tomorrow and the next day and the next day, etc... So what if you indulged a little? You just get back to your normal eating habits tomorrow!

RE: Candy Binge

Oh - poor you! When it comes to candy, sometimes I don't know when to stop, either. I can eat sour soothers until my tongue starts to bleed!

RE: Candy Binge

I have a super sweet tooth! I'm right there with you all! I polished off a good 6-7 homemade cookies yesterday.....of course I felt sick after, but it was well worth it!:D Just shrug it off and move on. You can't have perfect eating days every day! You just wouldn't be human!:D

RE: Candy Binge

I'm right there with you, don't feel bad. I am pretty sure it is.

I know EXACTLY the feeling though, I have had my share of binges. They usually involve chocolate, and while every second of it tastes good, as soon as its over I feel horrible!!

But today is a new day, so keep on going. I have had to limit my chocolate to only once a week (twice if it is a really bad week!) just so I don't do stuff like that. It is hard but you probably have more self control than you think. Sure there will be weak moments, but it's what you do 90% of the time that counts. I hope your stomach feels better.

Candy Binge

I was really hungry and ate almost an entire bag of licorice.
