My parents have a nice digital one that measures body fat too. I prefer theirs because it is accurate, and I consistenly weigh 3lbs more on their scale than on mine (and unfortunately I think theirs is right!)

RE: Reliable Scale??

good info! An "old fashion" wheel one or one that is digital and measures your body fat etc.? Reason for the question is that I weighed myself at home and then at my mom's and her digital scale made me fatter LOL and it got me thinking. Do anyone know what they use at Weight Watchers Meetings??

JJF :w00t:
