I too am princess pastey, and I was wearing a black dress for this wedding, so I wanted some color. I exfoliated prior and did NOT put any lotions etc on. It looked so orange, and it rubs off on clothing so I don't recommend it for your wedding....not sure about the mystic tan, never done it. Why don't you just go to the tanning bed for the entire week before? Ok..either way make SURE you exfolliate a couple of times before hand. The mystic was good (i used a level 2) but it streaked a bit on me..would NOT recommend for a wedding pics. Now, the airbrush tan was better I found. It was more expensive but I found the coverage more exact and she could do a small touch up the day before for you.
