If you are looking for something different where you will see results I suggest looking it up.

RE: gym routine

First, I stretch, then I do 45 minutes of cardio, then I do 3 reps of some arm machine and 3 reps of some leg machine. And then I do crunches and stretch again. I try and go 3 times per week, but am definitely slacking... :P

RE: gym routine

I do about 30-40 minutes of weights/machines. Then about 30-40 minutes of cardio. This includes warm up and cool down.

I was told by my trainer that you should always do the weights before the cardio as you warm up your muscles and you actually burn off more fat when you do the cardio AFTER the weights. I used to do it the other way around (cardio first) but found this way works much better!

RE: gym routine

i do 30 - 50 mins of cardio and about 45 mins of weights. I do that 2-3 times a week, and I do cardio everyday walking or running my dog (big husky, needs lots of exercise! lol!)

RE: gym routine

Yay schrambony! Different body part each night... chest, back, shoulders, arms and legs. If i am done before him... which i usually am as he is a big guy and does more then i do... i do some crunches or squats depending on my mood... or back on the cardio stuff for a light walk till he is finished. we take two days off (sometimes more if my work is busy) then start the cycle over again.

RE: gym routine

The Curves Workout - Five Days a week after work.... it's usually five days a week... until I get lazy...

gym routine

So when you go to the gym do you have a routine ?

I do 20 mins of cardio - bike , elipitical , or tredmill

then I do 30 mins of weights - free weights like lunges , squats ect ... machines for legs , arms thighs and bum

then I do my crunches

then about 20 more mins of cardio

I do this 3 times a week and then on another day I do a Hi-Lo class

Whats your rountine ?
