I was told that I will need FH's driver's license and a birth certificate if he is not coming down with me. So I will have to wait until tomorrow to go.

IT'll be 87 days till the wedding and the license is good for only 90 days in Ontario.

RE: Marriage License

I'm in NB but getting married in NS... marriage licenses in NS are valid for 1 year so we are actually getting ours this month. In that case it'll be 3 months prior. If we can't swing that, we'll be getting it a few days before the wedding. I hope we don't have to go that route though, it'd be cutting it way too close to not give me a heart attack!

RE: Marriage License

You are supposed to get it 3 months before your wedding
http://www.forms.ssb.gov.on.ca/mbs/ssb/forms/ssbforms.nsf/FormDetail?OpenForm&ACT=RDR&TAB=PROFILE&ENV=WWE&NO=007-11018E

Getting Married

Marriage is an important event in a couple's life.
