I don't know anything about the wedding process there - but the regular staff were amazing, and the resort is incredible! And the gazebo is beautiful - there was a couple getting married there one afternoon - but I didn't see where they had the reception. My travel agent said that she has had a few couples go there and they really liked it. Plus isn't it worth it just for that gazebo !!! Otherwise I have no specifics but everyone says Riu's are great resorts.
