Hey ladies,

I haven't been posting but I am still doing ok! I only lost 0.2lbs this week for a total of 12lbs. I feel like I may be at a standstill so I think I am going to try CORE out for this week and see how it goes.

I would just like to welcome Alana to our thread, thanks for that recipe!

Christineh I hope you have a fabulous bday! Goodluck with your dining out and drinking! YOu have done great so far, its only one weekend! If you see some numbers you don't like on Monday you know what to do.

And where is my Weightloss twin......Kruk how are you doing?

WHERE ARE YOU

LADIES?????????????????

I am shocked to see that no one is posting. What's up?

Well after one fat filled Easter I still managed a 1.4lbs loss this week for a total of 13.4lbs after 8weeks. I am going to visit my sister(swisskris) and her husband in Switzerland in a few short weeks I want to try to get to 18lbs if I can. That is 4.6more lbs!

How is everyone doing? Are you out there???

Christineh? Kruk? Anyone?

Hey BK,

I think I might just have to bite the bullet and admit that I need some help (or maybe it is accountability!!).

Can you let me know how much you are paying? do you go to meetings in Hamilton? You can PM me if you wish.....

Thanks a whole bunch.

Hey ladies,

I will be weighing myself this weekend (no scale at my place), since I'm going to my parent's to do my taxes.  I've been on my period this week, so hopefully it won't affect anything, but I wasn't as bloated as I usually am!! yay!  I'll update you Monday!

I can let you know about pricing. In Edmonton, meetings are $15 each, and you need to go and pay each week. The meetings really help with your motivation.

I am super excited for all of you girls and your successes! Keep up the great work!

Ok so some girls are still ALIVE!! LOL!

Ok pricing. I know that meetings cost $15 per week plus I believe a $40-50 startup fee, I am not sure if there is tax on top of that? That is if you just go to any WW. I am currently doing the Dofasco at Work program (my DH works for Dofasco) they offer WW for employees and family. It is all legit it is WW doing it all. So the price is a bit cheaper. They do it in 10week segements. when I joined they were half way through the 10weeks so i paid for 5 weeks and it worked out to $13.50 a week. They bumped the prices up and now it is $14.50. So I paid 145 even for 10weeks. And there was no startup/initiation fee. (not much of a difference now!)

Honestly I LOVE my meeting and my leader and the group I am in. If I can't make my meeting I am still able to go to any WW meeting even though I am at the at work program. However one guy in my group went to another meeting once and he said it was terrible. I guess it really is important to find a good meeting, group and leader. I am wondering if outside people can join my meetings? Not sure? but I think one group of girls did bring a friend of theirs to come and join that doesn't work for dofasco. The people that are actually employees get even more of the price compensated.....so lucky. My meetings are at that Dofasco F.H. Sherman Recreation & Learning Centre on First Road. Not sure if you know where that is. Its off of Mud street.

It is a bit pricey I guess,  but I think it is so worth it and I need it. Once you reach your goal though and you maintain your goal weight for 6 weeks I believe you become a lifetime memeber andthen you go f
