We're going across Canada on VIA Rail (3 days each way) and spending 8 days in British Columbia.

Where in BC are you speinding your 8 days?

Just North of Kamloops!

My mom lives out there in Logan Lake (not sure if it's north of Kamloops, or what...I'm so directionally challenged!), but man, is it ever beautiful country out there!!!  Utterly amazing!

We're flying into London for 4 days, and then it's off to Ireland for 10 days...I'm so bloody stoked, it isn't even funny!  I feel nauseous EVERY time I think about it!

Gotta find us a leprechaun and his lil' pot o' gold to help pay for it, though!

We're off to Scotland for a week! Going to drive through the Highlands and stay at different castles along the way.. My FH is planning the routes, the accommodations and the activities.. I won't know what we are doing until we are doing it! I'm so excited about that part!

We're actually doing a self drive tour, so hopefully we'll get to see the whole thing!  We start and end in Dublin, and will be hitting everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) in between.  We'll probably need to sleep a week once we get home from this honeymoon, I've got us going non stop.  I figure, you can sleep anytime...how often does one get to go to Ireland?!?  Seriously!  FH isn't so sure he agrees, but hey!  He wanted nothing to do with ANY of the planning, so he has NO say!

Have you been???  Any suggestions?

Yes my fiance and i went last fall for two weeks. dublin is a blast - you'll definately find so many things to do there. My favorite part of Ireland though was the kerry region, the Dingle Peninsula, especially. It's beautiful. also, there's a town called Ballybunion and it's a beach.  In the summer, they have horse races up and down the beach.  People park their cars on the beach, hang out, go windsurfing, etc...they also have a cool golf course that's surrounded by a castle!

Well, depends on the money situation!

But my grandmother was again hinting about someone getting us a honeymoon trip for a gift. lol.

I'm thinking we'll stay close to home. 5 hour drive away. PEI.. I love PEI...!!
