| Hi All My Name is Katie and here is all my info for our upcoming Sept 2007 Wedding! Also, check out our webiste if you can! 1. What day are you getting married on? Sept 29th 2007 2. What city are you from? and what city are you getting married in? From - Ajax, but getting married and having our reception at Sleepy Hollow Golf Course in Stouffville. 3. What is the name of your hall? Sleepy Hollow Golf Course 4. What are your wedding colours/decor? Undetermined, but probably greens and yellows, but also accents of brown/red/fall colors 5. What is your occupation and F/H occupation? Me- Currently student FH-IT for plumbers union 6. Did you buy your dress and is yes show the pic? Not yet - But Ive been trying lots on - kinda a bummer as I am a size 18, and the shortage of dresses is depressing - but not because of my size, but its hard to tell what a dress will look like when you cant get it done up! 7. How many people in your wedding party? 10 (including bride and groom!) 8. How many people are you inviting to your wedding? 200 9. | Hi everyone, It's so exciting to have a thread of our own. Here goes for my answers... 1. What day are you getting married on? September 15th, 2007 2. What city are you from? and what city are you getting married in? I'm from Richmond Hill, ON and am getting married in Richmond Hill. 3. What is the name of your hall? Oakview Terrace (it's amazing!) 4. What are your wedding colours/decor? Cranberry red and gold and burnt orange 5. What is your occupation and F/H occupation? I'm a social worker and FH is a banker 6. Did you buy your dress and if yes show the pic? Yes. No pics but it's gorgeous 7. How many people in your wedding party? Not exactly sure yet but probably 4 BM including MOH, 2 flower girls and 2 ring bearers 8. How many people are you inviting to your wedding? Hopefully it will be 150-160 but I'm afraid it's going to be more 9. How long have you known future husband? Known each other for 7 years, dating for 4.5 years. | Are you guys doing the typical Fall motif for your reception? Dont get me wrong, I absolutley love the fall colors - reds, oranges, and accents with yellow and green. Are you doing a white dress or ivory? Tux's for FH or suits?

Toronto/Toronto 3. What is the name of your hall? Casa Loma 4. What are your wedding colours/decor? Purple/Yellow/White 5. What is your occupation and F/H occupation? I am a mechanical engineer and my FH is a system design engineer. 6. Did you buy your dress and if yes show the pic? Not yet, but have been shopping for one. So far, it's Maggie Sottero's Capri Marie. 7. How many people in your wedding party? 8 people including us 8. How many people are you inviting to your wedding? max. 220 guests 9. | LumLumGee - The planning is going well. So far we've booked our wedding site/reception as we are getting married outside at a golf course it is all in the same place. We've booked a place called sleepy hollow in Stouffville. Ive got my dress - so freaking exciting! Ive got my shoes - yay! Booked my photographer and trio to play at our wedding. And were currently meeting with different dj's and such. How far a long are you?

Katiesday - You sound like you're on your way! That's awesome! As for me, I've been slacking on the wedding planning for the last little while but most of the big items are checked off so it's alright.
I've...
booked the venue - ceremony/dinner/dance all at Casa Loma
booked the photographers - got a great deal too!
got my shoes - weird cuz I don't even have a dress yet but they're pearl coloured so shouldn't be hard to match.
got my tiara - since I'm getting married in a castle, I figured it's appropriate to wear a tiara
got my jewelry - a gift from my mom, isn't she sweet?
Now I'm concentrating on finding centrepieces, favours, and bouquets.
I have an idea of my dress and my bridemaids have an idea of their dress as well.
Any good DJ suggestions?

I am from Nova Scotia, FH is from Newfoundland, we live in Alberta, we are getting married in Chester, NS 3. What is the name of your hall? Oak Island Resort 4. What are your wedding colours/decor? Autumn theme and colors. I think red and brown for BM dresses 5. What is your occupation and F/H occupation? I am an accounting clerk and FH is a production testing supervisor 6. Did you buy your dress and if yes show the pic? I bought my dress at Tatum's in Windsor, NS. They are going to add poet sleeves to this dress for me. 
7. How many people in your wedding party? We haven't officially asked yet, but we are planning on 5 guys and 5 gals. 8. How many people are you inviting to your wedding? 130 or so 9. How long have you known future husband? FH and I have been together since I was 17, so almost 8 years.
