| I'm getting married November 4 and were leaning toward Bora Bora to avoid the caribbean because it's hurricane season. Aruba is a good choice they have not had a hurricane in over 100 years, or the western side of mexico would be a safe bet. I know a girl who was in the mayan riviera during wilma, her honeymoon was ruined and they only had 2 nice days the remainder was in a shelter. I would do a lot of research and make sure you have insurance just in case.

FH and I were thinking of going on our honeymoon in November (wedding is Nov 11.06).. but because of hurricanes and whatnot are holding off.. I agree with the last poster that it would be a good idea to research the areas that you're thinking of going to, to see what sort of weather is the norm for the area around that time of year.

| We don't have a lot of the details yet. We are looking into staying for at least 2 1/2 weeks, (really long flight, like 24hrs), so we want to make sure it is worth it. We will be bouncing around as well, as there are about a million gorgeous places there as well. Phuket for one is amazing. Check out the website Toureast.com for more details. Nato.
