| Mine isn't the most "creative" system, but I just have a list I used to check people off as I made the invitation so as I get them back I highlight the list as pink for yes, green for no, and then change the numbers accoridingly if they differ. I also am keeping a list in excell with all the names and names of guests so that I can make my seating chart easier than just digging through my RSVP box.

If you've sent your RSVP's out already this wont help, but you put a little number on the lower corner on the back so just in case the sender didn't fill everything in (Like their name) then you still know who it was that RSVP'd. I've heard this happens a lot, and if you get a bunch in the mail and have just opened them all, you don't necesarily know which envelope went with what card.

| Hey Steph, I'm keeping track in an excel spreadsheet. My sister (MOH) thought it would be a good idea instead of writing it all on another piece of paper. Then once I get all the replies back I can start my seating plan.

I agree with Nicole an excel sheet is a very good idea. I think that would be an easy way to keep everything in order.

| We're going to put little number on the back of the RSVP's in pencil. This way we can cross-reference them when they come back!!

If you buy an Martha Stewart Wedding magazines, there is a small worksheet section. One sheet has you list the name and address of who you are inviting, and on the right side there are little checkboxes that you check if the RSVP has been received, a gift received, invite sent, and if you've sent them a thank you card. It is so handy - I photocopied that page about 50 times!!!!
