Okay roll your eyes as much as you want because I know I'm going to sound difficult. I need help with my honeymoon however there are certain criteria that must be met. LOL FH and I are not crazy about plane's therefore long flights are not an option. I would say 10 is MAX. We are not looking to go to Mexico, St. Lucia, Aruba, Cuba, Dominican. We would like the caribbean or somewhere hot with beaches!! LOL We want this to be special so we have allocated a good chunk of $$$$ towards honeymoon. We basically do not want the most common spots as listed above. Anyone have any suggestions??? P.S. Sorry for being so particular. LOL

Bella... Bora Bora will cost you 14K (do it right, you're spending all that money anyways... get the OWB!!!) What about Costa Del Sol in Spain or Crete in Greece, Maybe the South of France? The Maldives are also gorgeous but again $$$$What's your budget for the trip???

| If you want beaches, I suggest Kauai or Tahiti. But if you want beach and culture, Greece is nice.

I've done a good deal of travelling in my day and I prefer to go to places that are too heavily trampled on by tourists. My advice is to stay clear of Costa Del Sol or anywhere in Spain unless your willing to do some research and find someplace away from the drunken, loud, obnoxious, mostly English tourists. Finding romantics spots are difficult there. Try Cinque Terre or the Amalfi Coast in Italy, it's LUSH! I just got back from Croatia yesterday and going in the off season there, (April or September) is just the best!! There were hardly any other tourists there really and everything was fantastic! It might go over your allocated flight hours, but I hightly recommend. Also, (and this might be too far to fly to as well) give a thought to Sharm el Sheik in the Sinai...You won't find a more beautiful out of the way spot to relax with just the two of you. Places like the Canary Islands or Greek Islands and such are over touristed by 18 year olds in teeny tiny skirts barfing alcho-pops outside your hotel all night...so beware! But if you do your research there are some quiet gems of spots but you gotta hunt for them. That's my thoughts anyway.

| Fascha, Bora Bora is a lot further than 10 hours. Given that both Fh and I are not very comfortable on planes, I would prefer something a little closer. Any suggestions?
