I originally bought 16 centerpieces for our reception and I think now it won't be enough.  I had planned on having 100 people at our wedding but the list just keeps on growing.. it was at 163 but then I noticed that I had forgotten people(family)... then my fiance's mom asked me who on his side is on the list.. which really isn't very many because he just wouldn't give up the info except for current friends and some immediate members of his family... SOO she is now making up a list of people she would like to be at the wedding.. which I guess is only right..but it would of been easier if he had of done what I asked him to in the first place(leave it to a man.)  My dilemma is that too many tables not enough centerpeices.. these are what my center pieces look like.. I was thinking that I would have something different for the family tables.. but what?  Ladies.. would you please give a girl a hand and send along some idea's.  I would really appreciate it.

Maybe you can find more of the same centerpieces on line or find another style that will compliment the one you have. If you want the same ones I have seen them different websites.

Thanks ladies..

I can't buy them from where I got the from.. it was a christmas sale at shoppers and I lucked out with them.  I have seen them online too but they are double and sometimes triple what I paid for them.. so I was thinking that if I was going to spend that much I would do something alittle more special for the families tables.  What do you think?

i think that is a great idea.  have those ones for friends far off cousins etc. and get different but similar ones for family members.  Have you checked Michaels.. I know they sell stuff like that,

Ya... I was there today.. they are having one of their sales on wedding stuff.. so I went and stocked up on tulle and stuff that I needed.. but I really didn't see anything that stood out at me for the family tables.  I was at party packagers and benix and company aswell and I saw some really nice candle holders with colored rocks that are a fair size.. I was thinking about getting them and making a ring of roses to go at the bottom of them.  Candles, roses and hearts are some running themes in the wedding so I would like them to be a part of it.

You could do a different version of what you have like take a hurricane candle like this one and instead of the leaves and grapes shown here you would put the flower of your choice around it:

Or you could do a fish bowl style like this with a pillar candle and roses around floating around it:

I hope this helps!
