Ok well I have quit smoking just over 2 weeks ago, and I was wondering what are symtoms that someone would experience....

for me I am soooooooo bloated, eating less, grumpy, massive headachs, and tired is this normal?? and is being bloated normal to as part of quitting smoking??

Like I mean I wasnt even a heavy smoker a pack a week  and why do I feel like this?

and what can I do to prevent this bloating its bugging me so much

I think it affects everyone differently; try drinking a lot of water and eating wholesome foods!  (I know that's easier said than done) but you will probably avoind the standard 5lb gain my doing that.

I quit smoking last January (lasted for 5 months) and had headaches and was grumpy for the first month or so. I didn't get bloated, but I find that drinking water really helps.

Increase your water intake (4-5 bottles per day) and you'll lose the bloating.

I quit smoking Feb 9 and everything that you are going through right now will be totally worth it.  You've made it through the first two weeks and it's easy sailing from here!  I agree with increasing the water intake.  It will help wit the bloat and with the appetite suppression.  Also, get on a multivitamin if you are not already on one.  Many people get ill when they quit smoking and the multi-vitamin will help.

Congradulations on your quit!!!!!! WAY TO GO!!!!! I've been there and I know how hard  it is. You can get all the info/support you need at www.quitnet.com. I quit 4 and a half years ago and quitnet is what made it for me. Good luck and keep us posted!!!
