At the end of the day, it does hurt a little, but I had so many other pains it didn't matter. The adhesive is a two sided tape that you put on (it comes with a few), and it takes a few tries before you get the hang of it.

I'm using "CUPS" in my dress. I don't want to have to bother with pulling up a bra etc. etc. The cups are great!!! I love them! My salon suggested them...that's why I think they are so great, they are always there to look out for the bride!!

There are many "sticky bras" on the market and the only one I have known someone to use are the ones you can get from shoppers, although the La Senza ones intrigue me that they work well.... a HUGE tip for ones that have a lot of adhesive, sprinkle baby powder over your chest, more where the adhesive will be. The girl I know who bought them didn't do this and the adhesive was so strong she couldn't get them off, she used everything and they were stuck on for 4 days!
