I have never been to Turks and caicos, but I did work for the cruise ships and spent a lot of time in the USVI and the BVI. I highly reccommend st. Thomas or Tortola. Both islands are beautiful.

Travel agent is saying there are no all inclusives for these places 9just like hawaii) you have to book flight and accomodations seperatly ...
