Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if any one has a method to deal with Ashy Elbows. My elbows are always dry and look dirty...they are dark. I scrub and scrub and it really hurts and it dosen't do anything.  I want to know if anyone has the same problem and what they do for it.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks a bunch

Maria

Moisturisze!! The best thing that works for me is Vaseline Creamy.... I am not sure if they make it here in Canada yet... I usually pick it up when i am in the states.  However, Petroleum Jelly is proven the best and most effective method to moisturize skin.  It is cheap and effective! ~ Alli xoxo

Ugh, I hate this...in the winter its so bad, if I don't take care of them the skin spilts and "hangs" off my sweaters.
I use the new Oil of Olay moisturizing lotion and it works wonders!

i agree with pp's: don't scrub, moisturize! another good moisturizing cream is one by eucerin.

Maria I USED to have that problem, but I started using Aveeno Intense Releif Hand Cream on them and they went away within days, try it... it's really good.  Mine also used to get itchy from being so dry so the Aveeno was especially good because it has oatmeal in it to sooth as well as moisturize!
