| Okay so I'm a bit crazy and was having a blast in the sunshine on Sunday and totally forgot to cover up the skin with some sunscreen and now my breasts are completely fried! I normally have lily white skin but my breasts are the colour of overripe tomatoes and completely swollen where the burn is. My wedding is a month away! HELP! What do I do to: a) get rid of the swelling b) get rid of the redness c) even out my tan for my pretty strapless gown! YIKES!

go get an aloe plant today!!! cut the tip off and rub on burnt area, aloe is the best for sunburns!!! it will take the sting away and will help with the tightness, as for evening it out, self tanner would be my best guess or when you go outside again keep that area well covered and get sun everywhere else lol good luck!!!!

| I have never had a burn before, but my b/f gets burnt all the time, and the thing that seems to help him the most is the green aloe vera gel. It helps cool down the burnt area and soothes the raw skin. As for evening out your tan, try to tan with the burnt area covered. Good luck!

| i get bad burns all the time. i'd use the aloe plant if you have one handy. or the drug stores carry all kinds of after tan/burn creams and lotions. they sometimes have soothing ingredients that'll help take out the sting as well as keeping the skin moist. i'd keep reapplying lotion every chance you get. if you have a month until the wedding, i'd think your skin tone should even out by then. if you're going to peel, that should definitely be well over by then too. just make sure to diligently apply sunscreen between now and your wedding if you're going to be outside at all.

You won't trust me on this but since you are desperate I wil tell you...take some yougurt or sour cream..rub it on the burnt area and let is stay there for 30 min or more..as long as you can... My granny used to this to me when I got sun burned as a kid...another thing never take a cold shower that will only relive your pain while under water but after it will get worse...try showering with as hot water as you can handle..it hurts like hell but you won't regret it later..the burn usualy goes away over night.
Good luck!
