Aloe plant or gel, whatever is easier for you to get. I don't normally burn, but when I do I'm normally at the ocean, so that helps me.

I have had this problem as well a couple of years ago! I went to Mexico and had a bathing suit that was cut a little low (had to keep remembering to pull the friggin thing up) and I burned all over my chest and my boobies so bad that I actually blistered and it was nasty! Anyways, aloe seems to be what most people use for a burn but just be very careful with it because from what I understand it stains clothing.

Hey! sorry to hear about the bad burn..One summer I literally fell asleep in the sun...you think people don't actually do this but they do...I was lobster red...I would ply cold compresses and there is aloe afterburn lotion its like green cooling gel I suggest you go to Shoppers because after you apply it the bottle won't leave your hand and it should reduce peeling..in a month this will all be a bad red tomatoe memory..also a lesson to carry sunscreen at all times...topless or not

didi2 (5/2/2006) You won't trust me on this but since you are desperate I wil tell you...take some yougurt or sour cream..rub it on the burnt area and let is stay there for 30 min or more..as long as you can...
My granny used to this to me when I got sun burned as a kid...another thing never take a cold shower that will only relive your pain while under water but after it will get worse...try showering with as hot water as you can handle..it hurts like hell but you won't regret it later..the burn usualy goes away over night.
Good luck!
I've used yogurt before - it works!. One year in Mexico, I burnt my whole backside from head to toe. I was red, red, red. The locals told me to put plain yogurt on. I did and it worked. I didn't even peel - which on me always happens even if I burn only a little.

that's gonna be a big problem..the only thing that comes to my mind right now is the lotion bronzers...go get a bottle and try it out,,apply it only to light areas and see how it works...I am not a big fun of these bronzers as sometimes they turn orange but try experimeting it might turn out ok...You could try few tanning sessions as well.
I hope you work it out!

either go out in the sun and cover the burnt part so the rest can catch up or go to a tanning salon and do the same thing. the tanning salon would be quicker and easier just make sure you cover the area very well so it doesn't get even darker. I usually change style of tank tops , sunglasses etc each day outside so that I try to not have strap lines or look like rocky raccoon. you should be able to fix it very easy!! Bronzer will help if it isn't 100% but you have a month to fix it so no problem.....good luck
