| Hi Ladies, For those of you who are looking to loose weight, what kind of a scale do you use to monitor your weight loss? An "old fashion" wheel one or one that is digital and measures your body fat etc.? Reason for the question is that I weighed myself at home and then at my mom's and her digital scale made me fatter LOL and it got me thinking. Do anyone know what they use at Weight Watchers Meetings?? JJF

I use the old-school scale at my gym. (The type with the sliding bar-weight-things on top...)

The one I have here is just the regular kind with the dial inside. My parents have a nice digital one that measures body fat too. I prefer theirs because it is accurate, and I consistenly weigh 3lbs more on their scale than on mine (and unfortunately I think theirs is right!)
