Did full 30 minutes on elliptical, doing intervals.  Go me!

Also, weight this morning: 155.0.  Weight after big dinner: 155.6 (much less than I expected).  Should be interesting to see what it says tomorrow morning

My exercise today consisted of a 20 min walk to the bus stop, a two laps of the mall, and a 10 min walk from the bus stop to home
