Novault - Pardon me - you're the first bride I have ever heard of trying to GAIN weight. Good luck with that. I never thought that it would be particularly difficult to do that (at least not for me)! Popcorn and the rest of the September 2008 Brides - It would appear that we are all having the same *ahem* issues with our FH's. I gave him 2 tasks - BOOK A DJ and plan the honeymoon. As most of you observant readers will note, I have an appointment to meet with someone tonight! I haven't even thought about the honeymoon! Every once and a while I remind him that he's responsible for this portion of the wedding. There is a travel agent locted 3 doors from his shop, there is little to no excuse! AH - What would they do with out us eh ladies? LMAO!!! LOL! LOL! LOL! OMG Nicotina...too funny!!!!! Those good old boys...they're something alright. Good luck with your dj picking sweetie. Hope it works out. I on the other hand made it a point to have FH do NOTHING. All he keeps saying is...."thank God you think of everything". NO KIDDING!!!!! Just told him to show up on time and I will be very thankful and grateful! LOL! LOL!

| Without us ladies? Be bachelors (miserable at that) their entire lonely lives is what! So the rsvp's have until Monday or else they aren't coming to the wedding. I don't care who I pee off, too bad, you've had 6 weeks to reply. I was going to do a dance for FH but only if I got to my goal, as of right now, there isn't a chance in hell it's going to happen. I still have 13-14lbs to lose between now and then. For some of you, you might be thinking, Trac, you have 2.5 months, but 2 things, 1: no I don't, I have until end of August so that makes it 1.5 months, or rather 1 month as I think we are getting the dress fitted mid August because she can't do it any later  and 2: It has taken me since March to lose 18lbs, that's 4.5 months! As far as FH's and their tasks...don't get me started. Have I mentioned that I am short 1 groomsman, because FH apparently is having a hard time getting a hold of him, but do you think he's coming up with his backup plan? NOPE! The Tux's we were told needed to get their first fittings by end of June at the absolute latest and we are 9 days into July!

Grrr why can't FH pick up the phone and call the kilt rental place. He's the one that wanted the kilt and it is now 3 days later and he still hasn't reserved his jacket and the rest of the outfit! If we don't get this there really isn't anywhere else we can go and he will look funny without the proper jacket! Does anyone else have a problem like this or is it just my FH that can't pick up the phone?Lovemrk: I love the idea of doing a special dance for your FH and how great to do it to Staying Alive. I'm sure he and all the guests will get a big kick out of that! Nicotina: Yay to mailing out the invitations! It's a huge weight off the shoulders isn't it. Novalt: Wow I think this is the first I've heard someone wanting to gain weight. I'd gladly give you some of mine if I could  . Good luck! And I'm right there with you on the "wait and see" if FH gets his stuff done. I'm beginning to think I gave him too much and yet his list has 5 items and mine has 500! FH doesn't even know what one looks like. He's still using the MORSE CODE!!!!

no, nicotina, I'm actively trying to gain weight! I've got 4-5 more pounds to gain.. lol  ahh, the tuxes.. we have yet to do that too, although I was telling FH that he's the one that is supposed to be taking care of it (He's had 2 things to do: tuxes and pick a friend to be MC. Neither are done. He told me not to worry about it of course, but did tell me I would have an MC within 2 weeks, so I guess I'll have to wait and see  Novalt, God bless you for trying to gain weight. I hope you can do it. Like popcorn said, I also have some I can give you. p.s. MEN!!!!

| I got my marriage license today - another thing off the list! After reading some of your posts about FH I feel better. I only gave him 1 thing to do which was to pick the best man and that took 6 months. I am now starting to worry as we have not even gone to look at tuxes. I guess I have to get that done next weekend along with getting his ring. Of course he cannot decide I decided on mine 3 months ago, so its back again to the jewelers. Came back from my 2nd boot camp today and can barely move my arms and this is coming from someone who lifts weights. Hopefully this back fat is reduced after all of this. She said we should have protein when we came home tonight. Do you think ice creme qualifies?
