lovemrk (7/23/2008)
sways (7/23/2008)
now i just gotta convince her to stay away for the wedding!!!!

I can totally relate sways....from someone who is not on the pill and never has been, I have done my calculations and GOD WILLING, I shouldn't be on my period for the wedding however I will be for the honeymoon a week later.  Who cares!!!!

+ 1, I'm new off the pill, and have no idea what to expect.. should be interesting

Got my flower quote today - 500 dollars!!

That includes my bouquet, 3 bouquets for my girls, 1 tossing bouquet, bouts for FH and 3 groomsmen, 3 fathers, 2 grandfathers, 2 readers, 1 mc, bouts/corsage for 2 mothers and 3 grandmothers... plus, she's loaning me vases for the head table, so all the bouquets will double up as decor.   My tossing bouquet is being made the same as my BM bouquets so there will be 4 total, 2 for each side of me and FH, mine in the middle.  I'm really excited!

Wow! That's a frickin' awesome deal! I'm paying more but I am also getting two huge arrangements and the colums to place them on and the isle runner included in that price.  I'm usuing the bir arrangements at the head of the ilse that I'm creating in the room where we're doing the ceremony.  I'm not having an arch  or anything like that. So all said and done for my bouquet, the 3 girls bouquets, 3 mom's corsages, 5 bouts, ilse runner, columns, and the arrangements its $900.

I'm sorry I missed every one yesterday.  I got a wicked tooth ache half way through Tuesday night.  I went to the dentist yesterday to check it out as it kept me up all night.  I ended up having to have the first stage of 2 root cannal's (so much for being done with the dentist) I have to go back next week to have the last of it done.  The only positive thing I can think of is that it was well in advance of the wedding.  I would hate for it to have been the night before that it happened.

How's every one today? Any more planning going on?

Okay Sways and Lovemrk you are both killing me with laugher over here. And I totally agree AF did not get an invitation. I know I did my math and the time is fine for the wedding but I forgot to add in the honeymoon. Should be interesting.

Novalt: That sounds like a great quote for flowers! I love the idea of the toss bouquet matching the BM's. We're using ours as decor on the head table. I'm still waiting for my florist to come home from his trip to Italy before I find out about ordering. I'm so nervous that we may not even have flowers now but I've found a few places online that can do orders with 2 weeks notice.

Nicotina: Ouch on the toothache and root canal. I hope you're feeling better!

Wow good deals on flowers girls...mine is about $300 but only 3 bouquets, 1 corsage, 3 boutineers (sp?) and some extra gerbs for some small arrangements I'm going to make myself.

Popcorn:  I ordered my flowers through a local florist here in Maple Ridge...I don't think she would be able to help you with only 2-3 weeks notice, she is quite busy and the 13th is already filling up fast.  Her name is Sandra at West Gate Flower Garden.

Forgot to mention we had some engagement photos taken a couple weeks ago and it was so much fun.  I've yet to receive them but I did get a couple as a sneak peek.  There's some serious ones and some fun ones.  Here's one of the funny ones, sorry if it's too big.
