Stace I can't believe the bad luck that have hit your BIL and FSIL. Jeeze hope they don't have to come crashing on your couch though or anything because they can't afford to live in either place.

Hi haven't been on here, my mother lent me a biography of the Mitford sisters and have been reading that most of the day under my computer desk.  Hee hee, the little drawer that slides out manages to cover it pretty well.  Love the book already 1/4 done and I started late yesterday.  Those gals were so cool, well accept for Unity who fell in love with Hitler, ja that is kind of strange.

Wear a white wedding dress?  Why, are we bar hopping?

Hey all!!!  Well, it is my day off, and I think I am going to go see sex and the City, by myself. I haven't decided yet, but I don't feel like sitting around the house all day by myself

Stace: have you figured out where in Vancouver you guys are staying yet?

Stace I can't believe the bad luck that have hit your BIL and FSIL. Jeeze hope they don't have to come crashing on your couch though or anything because they can't afford to live in either place.

We don't know where exactly Jordan is working out of, so we're not sure where we'll end up just yet.  Been looking at mls (complusively) and there are some nice places in New Westminster and Richmond and...somewhere else around there, can't remember the name right now.  Of course, we're looking for 3 bedrooms - I'm such a dreamer - so we can have a master bedroom, office/guest bedroom and possible nursery, but we'd make do with a 2 bedroom.  We'd also like to buy but could end up renting.  We'll get to go on a househunting trip once we sell our place, so maybe we can have a mini-Oddsfest with you, me and Becca (and Fishy if she's around).

Yeah, their bad luck is insane right now!  I'm sure it will all work out, but how stressful!

Married at the Barcelo Marina Palace in Varadero, Cuba on August 14, 2007 - best day ever!

Just call me "Dream Weaver"

Sid: wish I could bring a book to work and read but couldn't get away with it at the desk. I can surf online but that's about all. Thank goodness or else I'd go crazy!

Sixer: how's it going? Enjoying married life?

Jeni too bad we don't live closer because I wanna see the SATC movie too and have no one to go with. Looks like I'm either going on my own or waiting until it comes out on DVD.

Hi yah Cry. How's it going? How's the girls?

Stace: There are good deals to be found in Richmond or New West. New West is right by the sky train (metro) so it's easy to get downtown. Richmond will have a route there soon too but not until 2009. A 3 bedroom shouldn't be too hard to find but I'm not sure about prices out in those areas. I think New West might be more affordable because the houses are a little older there (most built around 1910. I love that style). Lots of townhouses in 2-3 bedrooms plus dens too in both areas if you don't mind giving up your yard. Richmond though I will warn you is little Asia. Lots of Chineses and Koreans live there so the driving can be a little crazy! But the food and stores are fun to shop around there.
