| Morning, I am flipping exhausted, worked late last night. Good news, I just spoke with Ed's son in law. He told me that his wife is an excellent real estate agent who doesn't need preapprovals, gets the fees from the sellers not us and would be willing to take us on as clients. Looks like we have an agent. Lets gets this party started. Oh, she doesn't get deterred by if it takes up to 3 years for you to decide. I counted up all of the money in my RRSPs that I could use. $12,000.00 and we would be shown lots of places by her, she will not lie to us about a neighbourhood and with my Mother or father acting as guarantor, we can buy now if we wanted! Still considering place that hasn't been built yet, love the idea of resale value of new property. Btw, Mrs. Sixer. Looks familiar, where have I seen the little ring before? <glances at left hand dancing across her keyboard?> Ah, there it is.

Morning all, can't wait for my next set of days off - I only worked 11 hours yesterday (and yes, anything under 12+ counts as *only* now) but I'm tired. My parents had a great trip up to Yellowknife and today my mom is doing our laundry and they're going to paint the trim and doors downstairs. I'm so glad they came up when they did!

In the end, no matter what kind of good credit you have, it is always about the co-signer. Pi$$es me right off.
