If anyone is interested...

I have rosacea and just came across the best foundation EVER. It's Vichy Dermablend Corrective Foundation. It's a maximum coverage foundation...covers every bit of redness on my face but it's not heay and thick.

I've spent a fortune on trying to find a foundation that I don't have to cake on to cover the redness and finally...FINALLY I found one! It feels like velvet once it's set.

If I didn't have rosacea to cover I'd probably still use this for my wedding.

I'd post a before and after picture but I hate my skin without foundation on. so here's their girl for the ad:

I think I'd find the picture in their ad more believable if her lips didn't look like they changed halfway, too.  JMO!

I'm glad you found something that works for you   I almost never wear foundation, so I have no idea what I'm going to do on my wedding day.  Almost certainly need to go with a professional (since I am more or less inept!  LOL)

Great! Thats so exciting! I have really red cheeks as well and I havn't found anyting to cover it! Even when I went to my makeup trial I specifically told the girl that we need to cover this red and she was like "sure! no prob" and then you know... I could still see the redness!

Thanks youuuuuu

Yay! Glad I could help! I love it...covers all the redness but doesn't look cakey. Make sure you apply it with a foundation brush. You can use much less if you do that and it goes on nice and smooth.

Rosacea can be all around your/on your lips too, so they likely applied it to her lips then put lipstick over top. I've done that before to get the best color out of my lipstick. Kind of like a primer for your lips?
