Just when I'd decided that I wanted to read the Dyson reviews, the site went down.

Do people mind posting their reviews again (including the model that they have.)

Thanks

we have the stowaway model.  we love it.  we had the big upright first and returned ut because although it is great for open areas, it is harder to get into tight areas.  the stowaway is great for getting into smaller spots.

we really recommend the dyson.

I agree, this is the best vacuum ever made. I tell everyone who is needs a vacuum to buy a Dyson. They are a little pricey, but they work amazing and will last much longer than any other vacum.

My FH and I have seriously been considering investing in one. It seems one of those situations where, although they are expensive, you really get your money's worth?

Thanks for the review so far ladies!

I don't have anyh pets, but I've seen one of the models in action at a friends house (she owns a cat).  After reading so many positive reviews I think I'll have to go to the store and check them out!

We have the Dyson DC21 - the canister one. I absolutely LOVE it. I can't rave enough about it. It's the best vacuum I've ever owned - hands down. I've had a couple different central vacuuming systems over the years and I actually  prefer my Dyson. Our home is all hardwood flooring with a few area rugs. The first time I vacuumed our living room I filled the entire canister, from one small area rug and we are regular with vacuuming!!! I couldn't believe it. I save time vacuuming with my Dyson because I never have to go over an area more than once. We have a cat and 2 bunnies and the Dyson picks up everything.

I know they can be pricey so it took a while to talk FH into it... but it's definitely worth it! We ended up getting ours at Sears with some Sears club points and a scratch and save... we ended up saving about $100 which was a big help.
