Hey ladies!

I haven't checked in for a while so here's my update!!!

The new "me" started at work so I've spent most of my time away from my computer and office and just pretty well farting around the office being the gopher LOL.  I still have at least 3 more weeks at work so we'll see how long I can last since it's driving me NUTS!!! LMAO.  Baby is doing well ... but is breech .... gah!  I have another appointment with my OB in a couple weeks and if baby hasn't turned by then, she'll be booking a c-section.  Whoopppppityyyy doo!!! LOL  We have the nursery completed but now have all the other crap in there so it's a mess!  I'll post some pictures when it's all cleaned up!

SIL had her baby just over a week ago!  She's sooooo beautiful and tiny!  They named her Avery.  She's absolutely gorgeous!  I went to visit last week and was rocking her and she made this funny face at me, then puked ALLLLLL over my hand, arm, coat, and pants LOL!  So stinky but it happens!

DH and I also went to visit some friends up north on the May 24 weekend and they had a baby just over a month ago.  Ariya has the CRAZIEST amonut of hair I have ever seen in my life ... ever ever ever .... remember how Suri Cruise looked like she was wearing a wig?  Yup that's Ariya! LOL  DH said she was wearing a toupee LOL ... soooo cute ... and honestly, such a great baby ... we were there for 4 days and she cried ONE time when she was being bathed ... she more squeaked and cooed.

I don't want to post pictures since they're not my babies but if you have me of FB there are pictures of them all on there!

How is everyone else doing?!!?!?!?

I'm getting over a cold - it's been a horrible 4 days. I'm finally on the upswing though, and now my DH is sick! I feel bad for him but at the same time he can take NeoCitrin and cough medicine and all that stuff, and he's acting like SUCH a baby because his throat hurts. It's a good thing I'm birthing this baby because I can't imagine how much whining he'd do if he had to go through labor!

Our nursery is painted and our furniture is in, but we have to put the finishing touches in there. There's still quite a bit to do. My shower is next week and so far almost nothing has been purchased off the registry, so I'm a little nervous that people will only buy us clothes - although we need those too.

I had an appointment last week and the baby is doing well, she's in head down position so all is pretty textbook here, thank goodness!

Iggy - good luck with your baby turning. I hope he/she does!

Iggy you're getting lots of practice with all these babies!!! I am a little worried as I haven't actually held a baby in... well... once I held one for about 5 minutes in November but before that when my soon-to-be 19 year old sister was born (YIKES!!!) They aren't as fragile as they look are they? lol

It was my baby shower yesterday - my aunt hosted it at the Doctor's House in Kleinburg and it was such a gorgeous day.  There were about 20 of us in total, and everyone was so generous - we got tons of stuff we need and very minimal stuff we don't.  It was a really great day, and to top it all off I was so worried about not having a nice dress to wear and having to shell out money we don't have for a tent I'd wear once BUT I found one for 10.00 at Motherhood!  Wooohoo! lol

Other than that things are great, I have a MW appt today so hopefully that goes well!  I'll keep you posted

Haha, Fascha you'll be fine. Babies are pretty resilient. Although I held a one week old baby last month and was soooo nervous...

Awesome score on the $10 Motherhood dress! My shower is next Sunday (June 1st) and I have no idea what I'm going to wear. All I really have are jeans and nice tops, or else a super formal dress, so maybe this week I'll pop out to Thyme and see if they've got something on sale. I don't think my shower is going to be too formal though. So far almost nothing was purchsed off my registry (I know I'm bad for looking!) so I'm a bit nervous that I'm going to get a bunch of stuff I don't need. Time will tell...

   Hey Girls,

Me and the wall are getting closer and closer everyday.  Due to my extreme hunger, I no longer enjoy food.  I just eat it because I am so friggin' hungry.  I cried last night about it to my DH, I just never seem to be full anymore but I am so sick of constantly eating.  I know the babies need it but seriously I wish I could eat in my sleep because I wake up twice a night starving and have nuts and stuff in my bedside table.

I have already gained 39 pounds so no worry about that.  Lol.  I see my OB again this week and we'll see how much I am up now.  My knees are starting to protest the weight gain and my hips are killing me.  I've also been having mild abdominal cramping, nothing bad but I am just hoping this isn't something that will turn into the real thing.......it's waaaaaaaaaaay to early.

My DH and I MC'd our friends wedding on Saturday, brought back lots of memories from our own wedding.  Almost our one year anniversary!!  I was so tired yesterday that I pretty much slept/ate/slept some more/ate/ate/ate all day.
