Did you seat your videographer and DJ amongst the regular guest tables or a separate table with just them?

| sorry can't help you there... my photographer is also a guest. Friend of the family who i was already going to invite then found out he does wedding photography... so he'll be sitting among the family. if my photographer was not a friend of the family... i would prob still put him/her in somewhere. I'm trying to pick tables so people will have common interests for conversation so maybe that might work for you?

My DJ and photographers sat at table #8 with other guests. We made sure they ate and had time to chill a bit even though every time I saw them they were working!

| I will be seating the photog at one of the front tables - likely with the FMIL or my family. I think it's important for the photog to be close to the action, otherwise during speeches he'll need to keep running up from the back of the room - and honestly, they do deserve a break and time to eat too. I will be seating my DJ closer to the back of the room, again for the same reasoning. The music system is back there, so too will be the DJ.
