Glad to hear that everything is ok MEB!    Twins hey?

I went to the walk in clinic last night to get a perscription as well, I have been really sick since this past Thursday and I couldn't take it anymore.  I don't know how you did it!

How is everyone else?

I think I'm secretly hoping it's twins -- that way I won't have to go through this again

I hear you there!  But we know it is one.  DH has brought up the subject of only having one since I have been having such a hard time.  But the Diclectin (sp?) is helping so much, I feel foolish for not going to the Dr. sooner.

The candy trick didn't work for me

Kiwi - You are welcome in here anytime!!

LOL, my DH would LOVE IT if we were having twins.  Myself though, I would probably cry for days.  I think I'm the only woman I know that would NOT want twins.  No way, no how, don't want that   I've always wanted to enjoy one little baby, no way would I ever wish for two at once!!!

As for tummy ache from candy, no worries here, I've never been big on sweets and a Ju Jube will last a long time in my mouth.  I'm only eating it cause it helps.  I mentioned it to a friend and she thinks it's the ingredient found in jam, picotin.  I tried to look up "picotin + jam", but didn't really find anything.  All I know is it seems to hold the nausea back

LOL You're not the only one! I wouldn't mind if it was my second pregnancy but def would freak me out for my first. I would like to practise with just one first

Has anyone found anything that helps get through the really draining parts of the day? I had to lay down at work the other day because I thought I was going to literally fall over from being so tired. Then an hour or two later I'm back at full energy. Weird!

Im due in december, but Im bored at work and thought I would drop in......... the constand tired feeling does go away. Im 14 weeks now and I never thought I would get through the first 3 months!! I would break down and cry at times because I was so pooped...... Now, I actually have some energy after 5:00 pm, even though I still need a 10 pm bedtime (I know that seems WAY too late to most of you)....

Wishing everyone a healthy 9 months

I'm still battling the extreme tiredness as well....I'm 5 1/2 weeks and today I actually shut my eyes for a few seconds at my desk, got scared, and woke up like "what the heck!"? (as no one at my work knows...) I think with no one knowing, it actually makes it so much harder...

I try to get up and walk the hall....but I find nothing helps! I even nap for an hour when I get home everyday...

Bump off page 3 to begin with

Hi Everyone!

Hope everyone is starting to feel better.  I am still the same, tired and nauseous.  Morning sickness only twice this week (yeah!) and it seems the baby really hates it when I brush my teeth.  That for sure is a guarantee of getting sick.

Anyone have any big plans for the weekend?  I am making a baby book for a friend of mine who is due in Sept but we are meeting up next week for lunch and shopping.  Other than that, I have to work Monday but have the rest of next week off!

I am patiently waiting for July 10th so I can have another u/s and see my Raz (baby's nickname because the embryo was the size of a raspberry)  again.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Only plan for this weekend is to book our flight back to Ontario for August's trip.

I'm anxiously awaiting my first Dr's appt next Wednesday.

Also, the nausea seems to have subsided!! Whoo-hoo
