| Pook, you're definitely not alone in your problem. I get the same thing. I don't throw up as often, but I get extreme waves of nausea. Needless to say, Gravol, Pepto and Tums are my best friends during the summer months. LOL Someone also mentioned that they get very tired and sluggish when it is gloomy or rainy and humid out, and I get that too. My body hates extreme temperatures. I go completely wonky when it's either REALLY cold or REALLY hot. In fact, this afternoon, I had an Iced capp, and I was good to go, and then all of the sudden, I felt so gross. I've also had a constant headache for the past 3 days, since it became so humid. Stay inside and suck on ice cubes. Sounds weird, but it's so much more effective than just drinking water. Very soothing. Try it, you'll see what I mean!

I woke up yesterday and thought I was going to die. I was feeling nauseous. I couldn't stand up without feeling dizzy. VERY scary. It lasted all morning. I somehow managed to make it to work and then they sent me right home. They said it sounded like heatstroke. It probably was. I had spent all sunday outside in the sun... trying to get a nice tan for my wedding dress. So yeah, the heat makes me nauseous too!
