| Ok, so I've pretty much decide on what I want, for my dress and my BM dresses, but it's SOOOOOOO much cheaper to get it online, plus there's free shipping to the US ( have family there who can send it to me after). However, I'm really scared that they'll send me the wrong thing, or the wrong size. You know, stuff happens. I realize this is a risk even in a real store, but I'm stressing. I see myself ordering a size 0, and they send me a 10, or something, an easy mistake. So I guess my question is, if I order my stuff early enough, and by some error I get the wrong thing, I should be able to exchange everything on time, right? What are your experiences with ordering stuff online? BTW, I'm thinking of ordering from BestBridalPrices, or TheBridalShop.

| I had a FANTASTIC experience with bestbridalprices.com! They were SO helpful every time I called, even after I accidentally ordered the wrong dresses for two of my girls and had to call to change the order. Now that the dresses (Alfred Angelos) are here, I am very pleased, they're not knockoffs and are exactly as I ordered. Beware of the sizing charts though, all of my girls are going to have to get them taken in quite a bit...but better too big than too small I guess! Good luck with your decision!

| I'm looking at alfred angelo for my BM dresses too! I want some definate colour swatches, though, before I order, because we all know that the computer monitor doesn't necessarily display the right colour. Plus, even in the same designer, when you click on the colour sample box, it doens't always show the same colour, even though it SAYS it's the same colour... does that make sense? For example, this is one of the BM dresses I like, it's supposed to be shown in "eggplant" but when you reclick on the "eggplant" box, it shows up a different colour. I like the dark purple... http://www.bestbridalprices.com/alfred-angelo-bridesmaid-dress-6471-p-18192.html?cPath=523 I'm going to go to the bridal shops around here and try the dresses I'm interested in for real, in the closest possible size, and then order online (I know tha't kind of mean for the shops, but I can't justify paying 1300 bucks for a dress I can get for 640, right?) The size thing is kind of bugging me, because even according to their size charts, I'm going to have to have the smallest size taken in -I'm pretty darn skinny. I guess it's better too big than too small. This is the dress I want http://www.bestbridalprices.com/maggie-sottero-wedding-dress-brigidine-p-20146.html

| Oooh! I love both of your dress choices! Yeah, I did the same thing, I went to a bridal shop to see which color most closely matched the ribbon on my invites on their swatches...the lady even gave me a piece of swatch to keep. Nice considering she knew I wasn't buying my dresses from there. I went with the color names that they had in the bridal salon, but I too noticed the discrepancy on the bestbridalprices website...random.

PS...my sister got hit with a whopping $70 of taxes and duties at the border (Canada customs actually OPENED the box and checked out what was in there...eep!) so I am glad you're not having your order shipped to Canada. Strangely enough, two of my other girls only had to pay $25 for their two dresses together...

Well I hope I dont get slammed at the border, but in all honesty, that brings the cost up to around 700 instead of a LOT more than I would pay here. Besides, even if I have it shipped to the US, I'm still gonna pay for priority shipping plus insurance back to me, so I assume it's not gonna be cheap. Still worth every cent, IMO

| Yeah, especially for a wedding dress, you'll still probably save a lot! Can't wait to see pics of it when it arrives!
