| Have you guys bought special outfits to wear for the rehersal and gift opening? I've been looking for dresses for both of these events, but haven't had any luck. I live in a small area, and we don't have many shops here so I've been looking online. Any ideas of where I can find something?

ebay  Or there's probably a Sears catalogue outlet in your area. They have them all over the place. What I like about Sears is that you can order, try it on, and if it doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return it for a full refund (www.sears.ca) There are other stores that have online ordering, too. The only one that comes to mind is Victoria's Secret, but I know there are others.
