I am coming up to 11 weeks and my due date is Dec 20th.

I am starting to feel a whole lot better than I did a couple of weeks ago... Weeks 7 and 8, I had horrible nausea that last 24/7. Never threw up but always felt like I had to. I am still tired however I feel like my energy levels have picked up a bit in the last week. Boobs are still sore/sensitive and feel sooo heavy!

We have only told the immediate family so far and will wait to tell everyone else in a couple of weeks

Amanda

Hi All,

Just wanted to introduce myself... I am Allison and about 5 weeks along!

So far I've had sore bbs, peeing a ton at night (lastnight was the first night I slept well in a week).

Just curious when you ladies started your ms?

Mine started week 6... horrible week, threw up mutiple times each day... I went to the Dr early on, but it took about 4 days for the diclectin to start to make a difference. Even now, I'm not throwing up anymore, but I'm so nauseas (almost all the time)... ugh.

well I am 12 weeks and 1 today! My all day nausea was horrible and I was taking 4 diclectin a day until about 2 weeks ago when it went down to 2 a day. Right now I am taking 1 a day.

I am finding that I am sooooooo hungry all the time right now!!! Thankfully the exhaustion is starting to get better. I have only been taking a few naps a week. lol, that being said I would be happy to take a nap every day because I LOVE napping, but I can't nap too late in the day or I sleep crappy that night (no matter how tired I am).

I got to hear the baby's heart beat for the first time at my last prenatal appt which was on the 15th. That was soooooooo incredibly amazing!!!!! I wish that Dh would be able to come to some of the appts, but with school he can't come.

None of my regular bottoms fit me any more so I am into maternity clothes now for the bottom. THAT was a brutal shopping trip! I am a size 18/20 and there are no plus size maternity shops in Victoria!!! I had a big breakdown in a change room about it. THEN I went to walmart of all places and found a pair of capris, shorts, skirt and a pair of jeans!! I was a happy girl. Looks like Walmart will be my first place to look for more mat clothes.

LOL my bottoms are getting tight too but I just wrap an elastic band through the button hole and around the botton.  I wanted some stretchy pants and me and DH went into a Maternity store the week before last and I had a total freak out he said you could see the panic rising up my face and then I just said "I'm not ready for this, I can't do this, I'm not doing this" and I ran out of the store leaving him there all by himself holding up a pair of stretchy pants!!  I"m sure I"ll get bugged about that one for awhile

LMAO...that's hilarious!!!!! I tried the elastic band loop thing too...I guess I could probably get away with wearing my regular pants if I kept doing that.

You can get the bella bands too that are supposed to work great to keep you in your regular bottoms longer.

Morning sickness.

I have been really lucky and only had morning sickness for weeks 5 and 6.  Somethimes I eat something that doesnt agree with me and I vomit right away, but other than that, no ms for me.
