I am currently 207 down from 225...

I am running every other day, curves on the other days and just eating better and drinking lots of water, when I am not going curves or running I walk and use some weights I have at home....

Goal : 150 pounds....

I have started a weight loss program with U Weight Loss.  I am currently at a 60 pound weight loss and hopefully I will be down another 30 by the wedding. Does anyone know of any good exercises for your arms.  I really want to tone those for the wedding.

NICE!!! good work!

I lost 4lbs this last week.  possibly the only benefit of strep throat, haha!  But a popsicle only diet is definitely NOt the way I'd recommend to go.

Can I join too?

I'm aiming to lose 25 lbs.  My start weight was 157.0, mid-May.  I didn't do my measurements then, but when I had last, I was 40" around my waist.  How that's even possible, I have no idea!  lol  But I'm apple-shaped (damn genes!) and I carry my extra fat around my waist, which is the least healthy place to have it

Anyway, this morning I was down to 152.0!!

FH and I are doing a weight loss challenge, and we have to give each other a reward for each 5 lbs weight loss.  The deal is that I have to maintain that weight loss for a full day, so I have to be 152 or less tomorrow.  Which is tricky, since weight fluctuates, right?  But I always weigh myself first thing in the morning, so I should be okay.  I hope!  lol

Anyway, that's my update

So I went to the gym last night & I was surprised that I was able to do 40 minutes of cardio (I use a machine called a stride, it's kinda like a Cross Trainer & a Ski machine in one) on a moderate intensity & then I also did 5 minutes of running on the treadmill & a cooldown of 5 minutes on the bike.

It was my first day back so I didn't push it too hard but I think I could have done another 15 minutes of cardio no problem.

It's good to know that even though I gained some weight back my cardio didn't suffer too much. Tomorrow is Cardio & some weights (if I can go tonight then I'll do only cardio again & push for 50 minutes).
