so i decided that I am on a diet. This blows. I want to lose 10 lbs before i leave on my trip, which is 4.5 weeks away. Thats doable right? Took Tessa for about a half hour bike ride, did 100 crunches, adn will see if Jim wants to go for a walk. Yay?!?! One of us!!! One of us!!! That's totally doable Crys. Just keep at it and you'll do fine. Don't starve yourself though and I know you have a problem with veggies but try and eat more. That's my health talk of the night.
