Tasha - I never been to Erl's either but it's not too far from Queen St. and Eaton Centre.  I'm looking it up and they have a 2 level courtyard patio so it sounds big.  They let dogs at the outdoor tables and corner tables so we should be OK if it rains.

Does Erl's work for everyone?  Here's a link (can't find an actual website for them):
http://www.dine.to/erls[/quote]

sure , but how do i get there? i would take the subway from union....

get off at St Patrick

but what line to do i get on?

when i go to work i get off at queen st. ( is that the young line?)

Go up the University line, not the Yonge line.  Check out the TTC website to see the route map.

praise me

I am eating a salad that consists of 2.5 cups lettuce a whole apple and a sliced skinless chicken breast, no dressing.

am also on my second huge bottle of water

BORING!  But good for you!!!

I know As for the water, I added one of those crystal light singles things, it has 10 calories..not too shabby and yummy!
I think that what might help me out alot is cutting back on carbs, becasue I seriously am addicted to them. Like, I hardcore crave toast, LOL. Also bought some chromium last night, not quite sure what it is really supposed to do but Jen said she uses it so...

Not sure either...something to do with metabolising sugar.
