Seriously!  People who judge make me so angry!!!  GRRRRR!!!!  I was so sick with this pregnancy...not throwing up, but constantly feeling like I had to...it was horrible...I took Diclectin...I admit, I took them as little as I possibly could, but I took them when I needed them...

I also take Tylenol when I get a headache, rather than having it blow up into a full on migraine....ANYONE GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT???

I also take medication that was prescribed to me for my horrible, burning, keep me awake at night, heartburn...and thank goodness for it...ANYONE GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT???

okay...I'm done.

Take your diclectin and tell your mom to be quiet (you can tell her nicely).

Your post made me laugh!!  Thanks, I needed that today!

And I agree completely.  I have a history of migrains and the only thing that seems to work is Advil.  I spoke to the MW and she said that Advil was find to take until the 3rd trimester, so take it while I can.  I almost went on dicletin cause I lost 3 lbs due to the m/s.  When I talked the the MW at my 12 week appointment she asked me if I wanted to wait it out another 2 weeks since I was so close to my second trimester.  It ended up being another 4 weeks, but I made it through.  Now I only get nauseous 1-2 times a week.  Still sucks, but I think I can manage.

Ignore your mom and do what you want/need to do in order to overcome the nausea and do it guilt free!
