| I get up in the morning and stretch or pilates for 20 minutes in the morning 7x per week. Then at lunch run/jog 5Km 3x per week and gym for 45 minutes after work to work arms, chest, legs and core with free weights 3x per week and boot camp for an hour 2x per week.
